Kazi Zahurul Qyyum

over 30 years of expertise.

Qyyum brings with him over 30 years of rich experience in the Airline Industry having worked for some of the world renowned International Airlines in their Marketing and Sales Department both at home and abroad starting with Thai Airways International, Dhaka in 1974.

His last employment was with Emirates Airline as Sales Manager, Bangladesh where he had successfully positioned Emirates in Bangladesh market along with his team from 3 flights to 9 flights before leaving the airline after a span of 11 years to pursue his career further.

He joined Expo Group in 2005 as Director – Airline Division and took the challenge of developing the Airline GSA business for the Group as the main responsibility considering his vast knowledge and experience of the industry.

Today the Group has several major airline GSAs for Passenger and Cargo both online and offline which has positioned the company as the most reputable and largest GSA unit in Bangladesh.

He is well respected person in the aviation sector of Bangladesh and has widely travelled overseas.

Senior Management experience of 22 Years of which General Management 3 years and as a Director heading the Airline Division of Expolanka Holdings for 16 years. Former President of the Sri Lanka Airline Cargo Association (SLACA) consisting of all on line and offline Airline representation membership.Professionally Qualified in Airline Marketing with IATA and Certified in Airline Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations ,Customer relations and in Human relations with several International Airlines.
